Shipping and Returns

CONDITION OF THE PAINTINGS

Our paintings and frames are primarily vintage and are often not in perfectly new condition. We value the patina and character that a certain amount of age and loving wear can add to a special piece of art and its frame. Please note any specific condition information in the description for each piece prior to purchasing.

SHIPPING

We charge a flat rate of $65 per painting for packing and shipping for delivery within the continental U.S.  For shipments to other destinations, please contact us for information.

Our items will be professionally packaged for shipment via FedEx Ground shipping within 3 business days after your order is placed.  Shipping times vary by delivery location. Tracking numbers will be forwarded on to the purchaser.  

We are confident that our paintings will arrive in good condition but in the unlikely event a painting arrives damaged, you should contact us within 48 hours of your receipt of the package.  You should take photos of the shipping box, the shipping label, and the painting and forward them to us via email at sales@laspalmasfineart.com.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt via email at sales@laspalmasfineart.com.  We will be happy to Issue a refund to you of the purchase price of the painting once the piece is received back by us in the same condition in which it was shipped.  The fee for packing and shipping the painting to you is not refundable.
